Online software developer community releases third volume of Big Data Research Guide

Today, DZone, Inc., the premier online knowledge-sharing community for developers and software professionals, released its 2016 Guide to Big Data Processing.

The 2016 Big Data Guide explores the current state of data analysis and manipulation, emerging technologies and trends, and the future of big data as it relates to software development and business intelligence. Key themes include Apache Spark versus Hadoop, Big Data as it relates to the Internet of Things, and neural nets and machine learning.

The Guide to Big Data Processing features expert content written by thought leaders and influencers in the Big Data sector. Also included is a Solutions Directory listing today’s top vendors in Big Data technology.

In addition, the Big Data Guide includes a Key Research Findings section which offers important survey insights and statistical analysis that developers, data scientists, and business leaders will find useful.

“How big, fast, and intelligible are our datasets, and how can (and should) we handle them? Developers and data scientists want to know what really works – not some hazy hype about a fantastical big data future,” said John Esposito, Senior Research Analyst at DZone. “If you’re deep in any big data or machine learning weeds, then we’ve written this Guide for you.”
