We understand how that kind of significant change can be extremely stressful for the senior – but also for the family. We aim to be your full solution with customizable plans built to suit your specific situation.

When Domenic Mancuso’s elderly father was in a car accident, it set off a chain of events that resulted in multiple moves and a whole lot of stress. Now the Mancuso family is looking to turn those challenges into a positive experience through their new business – Caring Transitions of Palm Beach.

Caring Transitions is America’s largest resource for managing senior relocations as well as downsizing and estate liquidations. In addition to organizing, packing, de-cluttering, moving and resettling, Caring Transitions can handle estate sales, liquidations, and preparing homes for market. Caring Transitions of Palm Beach serves Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Palm Beach, Lantana, Lake Worth, West Palm Beach and the surrounding communities.

Domenic, who lives in West Palm Beach, owns Caring Transitions of Palm Beach with the support of his wife Danielle and their three adult sons. The idea to open Caring Transitions all started with their own experiences – Domenic’s 88-year-old dad was in a car accident in 2014 and subsequently required multiple brain surgeries and four relocations, including a full-estate liquidation, and Danielle’s dad is suffering from Alzheimer’s and dementia.

“We have personal experience with senior relocation, transition, right-sizing and decluttering. We understand how that kind of significant change can be extremely stressful for the senior – but also for the family. We aim to be your full solution with customizable plans built to suit your specific situation. We are locally owned, client- and community-focused and here to assist you during this challenging time,” Domenic said.

Whether your situation is planned or unexpected, Caring Transitions’ services are perfect for seniors moving in with family or into a safer living situation as well as busy families and people clearing out the home of a loved one who has passed. All of Caring Transitions’ services are customizable, so clients only pay for the services they need – whether that means managing the entire move and estate-clearing or just getting someone resettled into their new place.

The Mancuso family is no stranger to business ownership – Domenic owned an automotive business for 30 years, which he sold three years ago before they moved to Florida. Domenic and Danielle have been looking for the next opportunity ever since.

“When we started clearing my father’s house, we had no idea what all would be involved or how exhausting it would be. We live in an area with a lot of older people and we know, eventually, we’re all going to go through this kind of situation. When we came across Caring Transitions, we felt that it would be a perfect fit for us and for this community,” Domenic said. “When it’s time for you and your family to wade through these waters, give us a call. Caring Transitions can be your full solution. We can alleviate the stress you’ll be facing.”

Domenic is a Certified Relocation and Transition Specialists, a designation bestowed by an independent organization that evaluates providers of senior relocation services. Caring Transitions of Palm Beach is bonded and insured and all employees are background-checked.

“We have more than 30 years of customer services experience and we’re dedicated to helping you and your family navigate the many challenges that come with a major life change. We’re passionate about serving our clients and providing you with the peace of mind that comes with a professionally coordinated transition,” Domenic said.

In addition to the work he does through Caring Transitions, Domenic is an active volunteer and works with seniors at libraries and senior centers.
