Investment proceeds will be used to further expand the company’s manufacturing capabilities, execute on a growing pipeline of orders and opportunities, expand service offerings and accelerate the company’s commercial growth.

The strategic investment was made by Dallas based Clavis Capital Partners, an operationally-focused Private Equity investment firm with significant expertise in the manufacturing and industrial services sectors.
