Alagasco and Spire-Laclede Gas Teams Win the 2016 National Gas Rodeo
Bloomington, Minn. (PRWEB) August 31, 2016 -- This year 55 teams competed at the 2016 National GAS Rodeo in Colorado Spring, CO. This annual competition brings together natural gas teams from around the country to showcase their skills in front of peers, family, and friends. After an intense day of competition and fun Alagasco’s (Alabama) 2 person team, Late Start, and Spire-Laclede Gas Company’s (Missouri) 4 person team earned the title “Champions”.
For the third year in a row records were broken:
• More teams competed (32-2 person and 23-4 person)
• Three women competed (two on a 2 person team and one as an alternate)
• Over 600 people attended the Friday night reception

4 Person, Laclede Gassers from Spire-Laclede Gas (Missouri)
3rd Place
2 Person, The Punishers from Piedmont Natural Gas (North Carolina)
4 Person, Ignition Source from Piedmont Natural Gas (North Carolina)
