In one year, Stanley Martin Homes jumped five spots, from number nine to number four, in the Washington Business Journal’s ranking of the region’s largest 25 homebuilders, confirming that Stanley Martin continues to be a builder of choice for consumers in the Metro DC market.

Each year, the Washington Business Journal ranks the top homebuilders in the Metro DC market based on the number of homes started each year. Stanley Martin Homes, which is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year, has continued its successful growth, moving up to the 4th largest company in the region.
