Ilene K. Kobert, a shareholder in the Miami Real Estate Practice of international law firm Greenberg Traurig, P.A., has been named to the Board of Directors of the American Jewish Committee, Miami and Broward Chapter. As a board member, Kobert will provide leadership and legal knowledge to further the organization’s agenda.
The American Jewish Committee is recognized for its diverse programs designed to ensure the safety of Jewish communities in the U.S., Israel, and around the world, while working to enhance the well-being of the Jewish people and defend human rights for all.

Kobert concentrates her practice in various areas of commercial real estate law, representing land owners and developers, tenants, buyers and sellers. She has wide-ranging experience counseling national retailers on the acquisition and development of shopping center pads, including the negotiation of Master Covenants and REAs.
