JP Gooch has been helping companies employ and pay great people anywhere in the world for over 15 years. He led the expansion of a Global SaaS Payroll firm to cover 165 countries, developed partnerships with some of the largest business process outsourcing and human resource outsourcing companies in the world, and is a champion of outsourcing high-risk processes like payroll and employment to professional service firms. JP has held both operational and business development roles and has led globally dispersed teams.
JP is a graduate of Purdue University and earned his MBA from Georgia State in Atlanta. He lives in Raleigh, North Carolina, in the U.S. with his wife and son.
