Business Capital Expands Team with New Hires and Promotion
San Francisco, CA (PRWEB) September 07, 2016 -- Business Capital, a leading commercial finance firm, has strengthened its industry presence with the appointment of two new managers, Dominic Randolph and Joe LaBarbera, and the promotion of Reed Upson. All are based in the San Francisco office and will drive new business, relationship building and support credit underwriting efforts for the Company.

Reed Upson joined Business Capital less than a year ago as a Business Relationship and Credit Manager and was recently promoted to Vice President, where he will take on more of a leadership role within the company. “Reed has consistently demonstrated Business Capital’s core values of customer focus, adaptability, resourcefulness, project management, marketplace knowledge and the attitude needed to lead our growing team and serve our customer base,” said Chuck Doyle.
Dominic Randolph most recently served as Assistant Vice President with Citizen Bank, where he was responsible for evaluating financial performance, credit detail and industry markets. Prior to this position, he worked four years with GE Capital, where he rose through the ranks handling various credit assignments in a two year rotational program, working as an analyst, and eventually leading marketing efforts for their franchise finance division, specializing in the food and beverage industry.

Joseph LaBarbera received a BA from Wake Forest University and his MBA in Finance from the University of San Diego, where he competed on the football teams for both. Joe previously worked as a private equity and investment analyst for Pontus Capital, Net Zero Enterprises and LBC Partners. He is currently a candidate for the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) credential. “Joe brings a solid understanding and skill set in finance, as well as great enthusiasm, personality and leadership qualities to our team.
