Kane Russell Coleman & Logan PC has deepened its bench with the addition of three new associate attorneys. Vienna Flores, Lamar Jones, and Maris Matocha have joined the Litigation Group in the Firm’s Dallas office.

Vienna Flores, a recent graduate of SMU Dedman School of Law, practices general commercial litigation. Vienna participated in the Civil Clinic while in law school, where she successfully represented a consumer in a Deceptive Trade Practices lawsuit. Prior to studying law, Vienna was an accountant, managing the books, payroll taxes, personal taxes, and business taxes of numerous complex entities.

Lamar Jones focuses his practice on insurance defense litigation, representing clients in lawsuits involving personal injury, construction claims, and Chapter 462 of the Texas Insurance Code. An astute advocate and tenacious litigator, Lamar has represented more than 85 individuals and corporations in trials before Texas State Courts. Prior to transitioning his legal career into the private sector, Lamar was an assistant criminal district attorney with the Galveston County District Attorney’s Office, where he first-chaired 16 jury trials and managed 300 to 400 misdemeanor criminal cases.

Maris Matocha defends companies in personal injury, construction, and transportation cases. A resourceful litigator, Maris has comprehensive experience handling residential real estate foreclosure litigation, banking and lending disputes, and personal injury defense in state and federal courts. She studied law at Texas Wesleyan School of Law, simultaneously serving as a judicial staff counsel intern with the 371st District Court of Tarrant County for Judge Mollee Westfall.
