In 2015, Shadow-Soft became a premier partner for Icinga, an open source monitoring solution, providing enterprise support and consulting services to commercial and public sector customers in the US and Canada. In August 2016, Shadow-Soft received GSA approval to add Icinga commercial support to their existing GSA Schedule. Being on schedule helps Shadow-Soft reach more Public Sector clients that prefer to acquire software and support through the GSA contract.
