The townhome community has welcomed its first homeowners and is now offering two new quick delivery homes.

Our first family is getting ready to officially join the townhouse community, and we’re excited to welcome many more in the near future.

Since its Model Grand Opening last month, Heritage at Colonia has seen a rapid response from Middlesex County homebuyers. The community, which offers 53 new townhomes for sale in a tranquil neighborhood setting off Inman Avenue, has already signed eight contracts and will have its first closing this month.

Heritage at Colonia is located within easy access to outdoor recreation at Inman Avenue, Merrill and Oak Ridge Parks and Woodbridge Center and Menlo Park Mall, two of New Jersey’s largest shopping centers. Residents enjoy easy access to Route 1, the Garden State Parkway and Interstates 95 and 287, as well as public transit at Metro Park. New York City is just 27 miles away.
