EnergyCare provides inbound customer care and touch-point services exclusively to incumbent utilities and alternate energy suppliers.

Western Energy Institute (WEI) facilitates connections between electric and natural gas industry professionals. Through committees, forums and symposiums, members connect with their counterparts and build networks that foster dialogues concerning issues central to their specific position.

EnergyCare launched its new brand positioning in April 2016 with an emphasis on renewable energy outreach, supporting Community Choice Aggregations and increasing consumer conservation through innovative tools.
