ONE CONNXT LLC Announces Intent To Acquire Assets Of One Connxt Business From One Media Corp Inc
Amsterdam, The Netherlands (PRWEB) September 12, 2016 -- ONE CONNXT LLC, recently formed for the acquisition and operation of IP based video transport and OTT business opportunities, today announced its intention to acquire the assets of One Media Corp Inc’s One Connxt business operations. The deal includes both key personnel and operational and intellectual property specific to the technological and business operations of One Connxt. One Connxt is a global leader in both high quality, low latency UltraHD/4K-HD-SD IP Broadcast Transport and, under the brand CloudConnxt, an all Inclusive End-to-End OTT video distribution.
