Jonathan H. Spadt to Present at the Federal Circuit Bar Association Meeting in Paris

Jonathan H. Spadt, RatnerPrestia President and CEO, will be speaking at The Federal Circuit Bar Association’s Global Series Meeting in Paris on October 14, 2016.

Mr. Spadt is a member of the Global Series Committee and will be presenting with a group of high level speakers during the Session: Special Issues Concerning International Licensing of Intellectual Property, including Antitrust, Standard Essential Patents and International Exhaustion.

The Global Series Committee identifies issues of concern to the international business and legal communities, and provides forums for addressing those concerns, all in pursuit of increasing awareness of the substantive and procedural legal systems in various jurisdictions, with a commitment to maintaining cooperative relations not only with the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, but with various other governmental entities, both foreign and domestic, involved in the areas of international intellectual property law and trade regulation.

This event, The 2016 Paris Global Series meeting, is a joint conference presented by both The European Patent Lawyers Association (EPLAW) and the Federal Circuit Bar Association (FCBA), and is the most extraordinary of seven years of Series’ gatherings. The program will feature multiple topics, including: Patent Litigation, Trade Secrets, Intellectual Property, Strategies, Economics and Trade Agreements and is at The Westin Paris located in Vendome.
