Live & Local Event Benefiting the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Scottsdale Features Food, Music and Spirits
Scottsdale, AZ (PRWEB) September 13, 2016 -- The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Scottsdale and the Arizona Restaurant Association are excited to announce the Live & Local event, presented by GoDaddy, will take place Sunday, November 6th at the Scottsdale Civic Center Mall from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
GoDaddy, a longtime supporter of the Greater Scottsdale Boys & Girls Clubs, is this years’ presenting sponsor. This year’s event highlights programs within the branches, such as Innovative Dream-Makers and Healthy Game-Changers programs that support those initiatives. Charles Schwab has recently come on board as the Stage Sponsor and Republic Services is sponsoring the Innovative Dream-Maker program through the Live & Local event. The event has become known as one of the top culinary, music and social events of the year in the Valley. Featured this year is another broad culinary and entertainment lineup including local restaurant and beverage partners, celebrity mixologists and entertainers. Live & Local is open to the public ages 21 and older and all admission proceeds will benefit the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Scottsdale.
Guests can enjoy live performances from local bands including IAMWE, Whiskeys Quicker and Tripwire while visiting a large array of food and spirits vendors.
Attendees will taste local beers in our Ale Yea beer garden, including beers from San Tan Brewing, Grand Canyon Brewing, Sonoran Brewing Company, and Sun Up Brewing Company.
Attendees will also taste food from some of the best in the Arizona culinary world including a growing line up of restaurants: Capital Grille, The Thumb, Flemings, Chase’s Diner, Chef Wade’s Bistro on Wheels, Cholla Prime & Steakhouse Lounge, The Melting Pot, Grimaldi’s, Pinon Grill – McCormick Ranch, POSH, Salty Senorita, Taste of New Mexico Food Truck and Paul Martin’s.
Those who purchase VIP passes can also experience several full sensory experiences including an exclusive wine garden, master mixologist experiences, along with an exclusive VIP area open at 4pm with Jay Allen performing plus Fosterson entertaining VIP ticket holders at the VIP After Party.
