The field trip was a great success, providing another way to engage directly with the user community, identify areas for improvement and validate some upcoming developments.
(PRWEB) September 15, 2016
The purpose of the trip was to gather first-hand feedback from end-users on the use of QESTLab and QESTField, Spectra QEST’s laboratory information management system and mobile field solution. The Spectra QEST representatives were able to accompany construction materials testers and geotechnical inspectors as they performed their jobs in the laboratory, the office and the field to gather valuable insights and feedback on ways in which Spectra QEST can continue to improve its products.
The time was also used to validate and shape upcoming functionality on Spectra QEST’s development roadmap to ensure a strong alignment with customers’ needs. The first results of this will be seen before the end of the year in the new scheduling and dispatch module.
Executive Director of Technology, Dirk Janek said, “The field trip was a great success, providing another way to engage directly with the user community, identify areas for improvement and validate some upcoming developments. We are looking forward to more such field trips with more of our customers in the near future.”
