New Software Release Aims to Revolutionize the Job Interview Process

Today, Vikus Corporation announced the release of a new structured interview guide that it will begin rolling out to clients as part of its proprietary hiring software platform.

The guide is the first of its kind, integrating in-demand elements like mobile optimization and multiple interviewer support with the ability to generate tailored, applicant-specific interview questions using Vikus's proven job knowledge- and values-based assessments.

"Senior care providers are under more pressure than ever to recruit the best hires into their organizations," said Billy Mullins, CEO of Vikus Corporation. "With our new structured interview guide functionality, users now have the ability to construct job-specific interview guides that facilitate the best job fit and knowledge conversations.

"While there are a number of critical recruiting activities," added Mullins, "nothing is ultimately more important than the actual interview process when it comes to making the best hiring decisions."

Developed to be the ultimate tool to help employers prepare and conduct job interviews, Vikus' latest update takes structured interviewing to the next level. The new feature enables managers to not only share feedback on the candidates, but also on the interview process itself. That feedback then drives what questions are recommended for future interviews.

Other features include: a simple, mobile-optimized user interface that helps managers access interviews anywhere; a design that not only allows but encourages use by multiple interviewers; an easy rating system with the ability to tie to competency models for consistency; the ability to build job-specific interview templates that still remain flexible for targeted questions based on the interviewee's strengths or weaknesses; crowd-sourced interview questions and ratings feedback from other hiring managers; and access to a library with over 120 profiles of suggested interview questions and templates.

The new structured interview guide is now available to all Vikus clients through Vikus support. Clients may opt into the new feature at any time by contacting their client success manager.
