As a company dedicated to helping organizations build strong workplace teams and cultures, we are particularly proud of this recognition.

OutMatch, a leader in helping organizations match the right people with the right jobs, has been named a Best Place to Work in North Texas by the Dallas Business Journal.

OutMatch was selected based on high employee ratings, gathered through a confidential survey conducted by independent research firm Quantum Workplace, which collects the data and crunches the numbers. Nearly 500 companies vied for recognition in five categories based on employee count: micro, small, medium, large and extra large.

“As a company dedicated to helping organizations build strong workplace teams and cultures, we are particularly proud of this recognition,” said Greg Moran, CEO of OutMatch. “This honor is a testament to the collaborative, creative, and caring environment at OutMatch, and a tribute to our employees, whose passion and commitment enable us to deliver results for our clients.”

Powered by an industry-first SaaS+ model that combines innovative technology, world-class services, and support, OutMatch provides the measurement, insight, and impact that companies need to make better hires. Working primarily with large, decentralized organizations with high-volume hiring needs in the hospitality, restaurant, and retail industries – including recognized names such as American Airlines, Aspen Dental, Brinker International, CarMax, Circle K, Esurance, Hyatt, and La Quinta – OutMatch uses industry-leading assessment technology and unmatched talent expertise to process 6 million candidates per year for job opportunities at more than 1,000 companies.

OutMatch was honored along with other prominent North Texas companies during a reception and luncheon held September 15 at the Fairmont Hotel in Dallas.
