Foundation Capital Announces Promotions on Leadership Team
Menlo Park, CA (PRWEB) September 20, 2016 -- Silicon Valley venture capital firm, Foundation Capital, today announced the promotions of Dave Armstrong to Administrative Partner and General Counsel, Dave Singer to Chief Financial Officer and Meg Sloan to Marketing Partner.

Dave Armstrong joined Foundation Capital in 2009 and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the firm, as well as for the firm’s investor relations. He also serves as Foundation Capital’s General Counsel, providing legal advice to the firm, as well as support to its portfolio companies. Prior to joining Foundation Capital, Armstrong worked for the law firm of Gunderson Dettmer.
Dave Singer joined Foundation Capital in 2005, and is responsible for the firm’s financial management, reporting, and information technology. He is also involved with the firm’s operational and administrative management, including human resources and facilities. He brings more than 15 years of experience in Venture Capital finance, having started his career at Mohr Davidow Ventures in 2001.
Meg Sloan joined Foundation Capital in 2014, and is responsible for all aspects of the firm’s brand, marketing, and communications efforts, as well as providing marketing counsel for the firm’s portfolio companies. Additionally, Sloan works on Foundation Capital’s systems related to relationship management and marketing. Sloan joined Foundation Capital from Facebook where she was Director of Global Business Marketing.
