The Klopas Stratton Team’s redesigned website has new and improved features to better serve the needs of clients who want to invest in Chicago’s strengthening real estate market. These include customizable search tools, community information, and more.

It’s a great time to buy or sell real estate in Chicago and we’re excited about the fact that we’ve gotten our new site off the ground at this particularly opportune time.

The KlopasStratton Team’s website has been redesigned to sport a sleek new look and a more user-friendly interface. KlopasStratton.com now contains in-depth community information as well as a variety of listings of properties for sale and for rent,a portfolio of the team’s past sales, and a schedule of open houses.

These changes coincide with the resurgence in Chicago’s real estate market, which reached a 10-year high in June of this year. The region has also been seeing a marked increase in commercial and residential real estate developments.

“It’s a great time to buy or sell real estate in Chicago and we’re excited about the fact that we’ve gotten our new site off the ground at this particularly opportune time,” says Sophia Klopas. A broker associate with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServicesKoenigRubloff Realty Group, Klopas established KlopasStratton with brother/partner Jason Stratton. The team now includes Realtor Chris Johnson.

Through the revamped KlopasStratton.com, Klopas, Stratton, and Johnson connect visitors to the city’s housing market, particularly opportunities in luxury condos and single-family homes in the most in-demand neighborhoods.

A snapshot of Chicago real estate

“As the West Loop and up-and-coming neighborhoods continue to grow, Chicago remains a seller’s market,” says Jason Stratton. “The low inventory has raised the value of available homes, and despite their limited number, buyers have enough quality properties to choose from.”

The team reports that sales activity in the luxury home market for the second quarter of 2016 went up by 12 percent compared to the same quarter of last year.

“Transit-oriented development projects or TODs promote equitable growth, while gentrifying neighborhoods are the focus of reduced-parking and parking-free real estate projects,” adds Chris Johnson.

Accessible urban living

With 15 years of professional experience in Chicago real estate and having lived in her target area for just as long, Klopas understands the city’s appeal.

“Our areas are great neighborhoods for families,” she says. “There are plenty of good schools. There’s also tons of shopping and places to eat that are all one of a kind. I like to describe these neighborhoods as ‘accessible urban living’.”

“Manyof the major builders who focused on creating Lincoln Park homes are now moving to these neighborhoods as they see great growth potential” she adds.
