Energy Marketing Conferences Announces the Winner of the Excellence in Customer Service Award at its NYC Event
(PRWEB) September 23, 2016 -- Energy Marketing Conferences LLC announced the winner of the “Excellence in Customer Service Award” at the Retail Energy Marketing 01 Conference in New York City on September 20th 2016. The winner of the 26 Excellence in Customer Service Award was North American Power and Deryl Brown, its CEO accepted the award at the luncheon.
The keynote address was given by Mr. David Hernandez, CEO of Liberty Power and the conference had a special address by Audrey Zibelman, Chair of the New York State Public Service Commission followed by a memorable question and answer session.
600 industry professionals attended the sixth semi-annual Energy Marketing Conference. The conference also featured 50 exhibitors, 20 industry sponsors, 30 speakers on four interactive panels, three executive workshops, a networking breakfast, a luncheon and reception with live music.
The conference was the largest gathering of retail energy professionals in the country. EMC also announced the launch of its monthly e-newsletter as well as the EMC Association that will provide special discounts and other services - free to all members.
The conference also featured a fun game of “FASTBALL.” During the luncheon, 15 companies pitched their brand new services and products to the industry in 5-minutes or less.
The panels included: “Grab The Low-Hanging Fruit: Challenges & Strategies to Drive Short-term Growth”; “How to Make Money with Bundling and Cross Selling”; "From the Outside Looking In: Unique Perspectives on the Future of Our Industry”; and the CEO Round Table which focused on International Expansion.
