Adding the National Business Development Manager position is central to our plan. We're delighted to bring Tim into this position. We can't wait to see where he takes the company during 2017 and beyond.
Irvine, CA (PRWEB) September 23, 2016
Excelerate Capital, an Irvine-based Wall Street-direct mortgage lender, has named Tim Long as National Business Development Manager.
Long has more than 10 years of recruiting and business development experience in the mortgage banking industry. Before joining Excelerate, he worked for numerous firms, including Banc of California and Pacific Union Financial.
Long's hiring announcement was made by Excelerate Chief Operating Officer Joseph Lam and Chief Production Officer Thomas Yoon. Lam and Yoon previously worked with Long at Banc of California, where Long managed the bank's mortgage recruiting and talent acquisition.
Lam said, “Thomas and I saw how Tim brought the best mortgage talent to Banc of California. He went on to become a sales recruiter and a branch manager at other institutions. We were delighted to see him rise to bigger challenges – and we wanted him on our team.
“Fortunately for us – and Tim -- the opportunity came this year. Excelerate has experienced record-breaking growth, and we have an aggressive expansion plan for fiscal 2017. Adding the National Business Development Manager position is central to our plan. We're delighted to bring Tim into this position. We can't wait to see where he takes the company during 2017 and beyond.”
