Clutch Group Director Samir Ismayilov To Speak At The Sedona Conference Institute’s APAC Regional Programme On eDiscovery
Hong Kong (PRWEB) September 26, 2016 -- Clutch Group, a leading legal, risk, and compliance analytics and consulting firm will be represented at The Sedona Conference Institute (TSCI) APAC Regional Programme on Cross-Border Discovery And Data Protection Laws in Hong Kong by Samir Ismayilov, Director, Clutch Group and an expert in the leveraging best-in-breed technologies to accelerate reviews for litigations. The conference covers legal implications for information technology and services across APAC.
The panel is titled “eDiscovery – Risk and Reward”. Panelists will discuss how the need to preserve and provide information to local and foreign regulators as well as civil litigants across the world has put increased pressure on organizations, their counsel and their IT departments and infrastructure. It will cover how the different APAC countries mitigated or increased these pressures and how company IT choices increase (or decrease) their discovery spend.
“At Clutch, our early adoption of predictive coding and other forms of TAR enabled us to demonstrate their value to our clients before their use was widespread,” says Samir Ismayilov, Director, Clutch Group. “I’m delighted to share the stage with many industry peers and discuss the strategies that will enable APAC firms to get the most out of eDiscovery.”
Samir is the Director of Litigation and Investigation at Clutch Group with 7 years of experience in eDiscovery management and eDiscovery innovation. At Clutch he works closely with and manages large matters for major clients that operate heavily in the APAC Region.
