Clientele Luxury Magazine Extends Its Luxury Influence with Regional Real Estate Editions

Clientele Luxury announces the release of two new regional publications by Leaders in the Luxury Real Estate Industry.

Clientele Luxury Magazine continues its expansion, now branding itself as a high-end publication featuring editorials about some of the most sought-after global destinations and listings for properties selling for $1 million up to $120 million. As part of that plan, the magazine will now have iconic real estate professionals featuring their own regional editions, starting with the Summer 2016 issue. Associate Publishers will assist with launching these hyper-local versions of the magazine, while the International original version will remain the same catering to a series of Brokers from all over the world.

For instance, some of the upcoming regional editions focus on properties in the Coastal area of the Treasure & Space Coast of Florida, and Malibu, Calif. The result, for readers, combines relevant, selective local listings paired with high-impact editorial content appealing to the affluent audience and savvy international traveler.

Previously profiled by the magazine, Madison Hildebrand of Partners Trust and Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing has launched an exclusive Clientele Luxury Malibu Magazine edition. This version not only offers profiles and listings of some of the most high-dollar, stunning properties along the California coast but further includes articles concerning travel, luxury news and products, and various editorials.
