Major, Lindsey & Africa (MLA), the world’s largest legal search firm, today unveiled its new brand identity, website and logo as part of a comprehensive brand relaunch.

The new brand positioning reflects Major, Lindsey & Africa’s commitment to being a partner of choice for the evolving local and global human capital needs of the legal profession, and a trusted advisor to top talent. The new positioning, “Global navigators of legal careers” illustrates MLA’s dual promise to both guide legal professionals as they chart their courses toward career fulfillment, and assist corporations and law firms in identifying exceptional legal talent for their teams and mapping out their talent plans.

Major, Lindsey & Africa’s redesigned website (, which launched today, reflects MLA’s new logo and brand positioning. Overall, the site has a contemporary feel and user-friendly navigation. Call-to-action buttons give visitors a direct way to contact Major, Lindsey & Africa or find a consultant, and interactive visuals and videos present the firm’s various service offerings. Additional new features include different language options, such as a British-English translated version and a limited Japanese translated version. A fresh ‘publications’ section, presented in an online newspaper-type layout, prominently features thought leadership articles, case studies, reports/surveys, infographics and video content.
