Beezy Inc., the Intelligent Workplace for SharePoint and Office 365, today announced the launch of a major website redesign and branding update to reflect the company’s focus on contextual, personalized, and intelligent solutions for the digital workplace. The change is more than an update to the design and flow of the site, showcasing the evolution of Beezy. “The Beezy tagline was initially ‘Social at Work’ as organizations began looking at social as a way to become more connected, more transparent, more agile and less formal than in traditional Intranets," shared Beezy CEO Jordi Plana. “As internal ‘social networks’ matured, Beezy changed our tagline to ‘Collaboration at Work’ as we released an array of new collaboration features (blogs, wikis, tasks, ideas) beyond simple microblogging, matching the capabilities of Microsoft competitors like Jive and IBM Connections with an enterprise collaboration solution built on SharePoint.”

To meet the needs of a rapidly evolving and maturing collaboration space, Beezy is expanding product focus away from the traditional intranet model and toward the more advanced communication and collaboration needs of the Digital Workplace. For example, Beezy is powering internal news and corporate pages with curated as well as automated publishing features. Additionally, customers are extending the Beezy concept of communities to their departmental sites to help add rich context and social collaboration at every level of an organization.

The Beezy product roadmap is focused on features and use cases around the four pillars outlined in the new company website: Collaboration, Communication, Knowledge, and Processes. This approach will help customers to deploy Beezy as their unified Digital Workplace solution, well beyond collaboration alone.
