Buyers can get a great house at a great price if they do not make certain critical mistakes. --Noris Minick, President Colorado Exclusive Buyers Agent Association

The Colorado Exclusive Buyers Agent Association, in collaboration with Buyer Agent Search just released a series of short videos to educate buyers of real estate about the critical mistakes to avoid when purchasing a home.
There are entirely different strategies that buyer's agents help their clients employ if it is:
- a strong buyer's market or
- a strong seller's market or
- a real estate market where supply and demand are about even.
Market conditions vary over time, neighborhoods, and price points. Buyers agents help their clients assess whether it's a buyer's or seller's market. They then plan out a strategy with their clients which takes into consideration the market condition
Consumers can be well educated about what top mistakes to avoid in any kind of market within five minutes. Each video is only one to two minutes long. They may be seen at the Buyers Agent association's YouTube channel.
Denver, Colorado and Boston, Massachusetts are just two of many cities in the US who have experienced very strong seller's markets over the past six months. A seller's market occurs when there is not enough inventory of homes for sale to meet the demand, creating multiple offers on desirable properties. However, this trend is flattening out, and in certain locations and price points it is actually more of a buyer's market. An experienced and knowledgeable agent can help their client assess the type of market and formulate a strategy.
Consumers can receive immediate access to top buyers agents who have been rated and reviewed for over twenty years at the association's web site.
