FirstService Residential and FirstService Association Consulting Selected to Provide Services for 1,500 Residential Unit Metropolis in Downtown Los Angeles
Irvine, CA (PRWEB) September 28, 2016 -- FirstService Residential, North America’s leading property management firm, has been selected to deliver full-service residential association management services for Metropolis in Los Angeles. FirstService Association Consulting, a division of FirstService Residential, was selected to provide pre-management services.
Metropolis, a Greenland USA development, is one of the largest mixed use projects on the West Coast featuring three residential towers totaling over 1,500 units, a hotel and a retail complex. Its location in downtown Los Angeles places it in close proximity to various cultural, entertainment and sport venues including LA Live and the Staples Center.
Metropolis will offer residents numerous on-site amenities including resort-style pools, large sky parks, cabanas, landscaped grounds, meditation gardens, dog parks, fitness centers, steam rooms, and yoga studios. Residents will also have access to hotel dining options and amenities. The mixed use project will also feature over 70,000 sq. ft. of indoor and outdoor retail space with private elevator access for residents.
The project will consist of a master homeowner association as well as three sub associations representing each residential tower, all of which will be managed by FirstService Residential. The first tower consisting of 308 residential units and hotel is expected to open by the end of the year.

FirstService Association Consulting will provide a range of pre-management services for the master and sub associations. Services include the creation of community and design guidelines, election and amenity policies as well as reviewing the Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CC&Rs). Engineering services include commissioning the building as well as the creation of emergency preparedness procedures and building maintenance programs. FirstService Association Consulting will also provide information technology services ensuring proper building network set up. In addition, human resource support will be provided through staff procurement, training and onboarding.
