When dirt and debris adhere to large mining vehicles, they can overheat and breakdown much more quickly. Therefore, conducting routine maintenance and cleaning vehicles on-schedule will improve not only their fuel efficiency but keep them operational.

Given the ongoing, stringent demand of mining vehicles to be cleaned and serviced on a regular schedule – both above and below ground – an increasing number of industry leaders are turning to the heavy duty lift leader Stertil-Koni for its advanced technology – some of which will be showcased at the MINExpo INTERNATIONAL® 2016, September 26-28, presented by the National Mining Association in Las Vegas.

Stertil-Koni, known for its award-winning mobile column lifts and piston and scissor in-ground lifts, as well as 2 and 4 post lifts, and platform lifts, will showcase its ST 1085 Earthlift as it hoists a service vehicle at the Southwest Products booth #24510 (South Hall) and exhibits information about its broad range of products in support of the mining industry, at the Stertil-Koni booth #1311 (North Hall).

As the mining industry – both surface and subsurface – becomes increasingly reliant on heavy-duty hydraulics for vehicle cleaning and maintenance, vehicle lift leader Stertil-Koni ensures that lifts are properly installed and will function properly for years.

Stertil-Koni lifts feature state-of-the-art hydraulic technology, have safety-minded mechanical locking systems and are manufactured with high quality, high tensile DOMEX steel for maximum strength, delivering fast lifting and lowering.

In a recent analysis of the mining industry, Peter Bowers, technical support manager at Stertil-Koni, stated, “The mining industry is heavy by design and aggressive by environment. When dirt and debris adhere to large mining vehicles, they can overheat and breakdown much more quickly. Therefore, conducting routine maintenance and cleaning vehicles on-schedule will improve not only their fuel efficiency but keep them operational for a longer period of time.”

Continued Bowers “Stertil-Koni is dedicated to meeting, and exceeding all of our customers’ requirements, an approach we call ‘Freedom of Choice.’ Stertil-Koni has reliable, durable, heavy duty lifts, featuring our recently introduced ebright Smart Control System, featuring a 7-inch color monitor showing all relevant operating information at a glance and a user-friendly touch pad to configure major options”

Stertil-Koni is located at booth #1311 and at the Southwest Products booth #24510 to see first-hand Stertil-Koni’s ST 1085 Earthlift at work.
