African Travel, Inc. Appoints New Director of Systems and Marketing
DELRAY BEACH, Fla. (PRWEB) September 29, 2016 -- African Travel, Inc. is pleased to announce that Kenia Vallin has accepted her new role as director of systems and marketing. In this newly-created position, Vallin will provide key support to travel agents and be responsible for ensuring all operations and sales are clearly communicated to individuals within the company and externally with its partners.
“This exciting new position was created to support the ongoing development of African Travel,” said Lucille Sive, CEO African Division for The Travel Corporation (TTC). “We have experienced tremendous growth the past few years and are anticipating this trend to continue as more and more North American consumers recognize that their bucket list African safaris are affordable and within reach.”
Vallin has more than 17 years of experience with TTC, beginning with 15 years at African Travel’s sister company Brendan Vacations. She has been employed with African Travel for the past two years managing systems and projects and brings extensive experience in both reservations and sales. Vallin has also greatly enhanced African Travel’s sales and marketing efforts in recent years, making her a prime candidate for her new role.
“Kenia grew up in the TTC family and intimately understands the needs of our travelers,” said Sherwin Banda, president of African Travel, Inc. “She expertly cultivates creative campaigns that speak to our clients while creating cohesive marketing messages for African Travel. When this position was created, she was a natural choice based on her exemplary skills, experience and expertise.”
