The Lock Up Self Storage is proud to announce the launch of a several new updates to its iPhone and Android mobile applications available on iTunes and Google Play. The newly released features allow existing tenants to manage their entire account directly from within the applications. Included in Account management are Bill Pay, Auto-Pay, Updating Account Information and Payment History.
“Our goal is always to simplify and help our tenants better stay organized,” says Andrea Carnes, Vice President of Operations for The Lock Up Self Storage. “We want to ensure that our tenants can quickly and easily manage their accounts from anywhere.”
Another key feature to the applications gives tenants the ability to log boxes and belongings. Tenants can now take multiple pictures and write notes directly from within the application so nothing ever gets lost again.
“It’s so easy for a tenant to forget exactly where a particular item is located and to waste precious time opening different boxes looking for it. With an easy to read and navigate interface, the improved app will ensure that Lock Up tenants in any of the thirty-four nationwide self-storage facilities will always have their information on hand. Whether it’s notes on the contents of their units, what bills need to be paid, or what code is needed to access a particular unit, it’s always in their pocket.
The Lock Up Self Storage app is compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch, and Android devices and is available on iTunes and Google Play for free.
