Beta version of AWD (the Automated WorkDesk) provides the call agent with real-time caller analytics — from aggregated data about all user’s sessions and his transactions, to detailed information about each session of such user.

How does this tool work?

1) Incoming call from an unknown phone number — call agent gets the full information about this visitor`s session on Ringostat`s dashboard in real time — how many times this user has visited the website, the ad he came from, the search query he typed to arrive on the website, the pages the user has visited and the one he is on at the time of the call, the device he is on and timing of visits, geolocation and other data.

2) Incoming call from a known phone number - call agent gets the Contact Card of this caller with notes and data from the previous scenario. Call agent immediately understands the context of previous conversation with this caller and can see what the user is interested in during current session on the website.

3) Ringostat algorithms detect a visitor as an an engaged user — Ringostat offers to call him back. The user agrees, and call agent automatically calls him, using the data from the first example.
