KUBRA, a customer experience management solution provider, announced the completion of a full-color bill redesign with Atmos Energy Corporation. Atmos Energy enlisted KUBRA for the new bill design project to help drive on-time payment rates and improve customer communications.
KUBRA currently provides Atmos Energy with roll-fed printing out of its Dallas print facility. The longstanding relationship between KUBRA and the Utility, along with KUBRA’s extensive bill redesign and print and mail industry experience, were deciding factors in the selection process. In the redesign, the project team utilized color to call attention to pertinent payment details and dates for customers. The new design also introduced on-bill marketing areas for dynamic messaging to improve communications with customers and reduce call center volume.
