Daniel Farid Yasharel, a Certified Financial Planner practitioner at NWF Advisory Group, has earned his Retirement Income Certified Professional® (RICP®) designation from The American College of Financial Services in Bryn Mawr, PA.

The designation represents the culmination of years of experience, the completion of a rigorous educational program and a commitment to upholding a high ethical standard. "In all that I do, I want my clients to simply thrive," said Yasharel. "This - along with my other credentials - allows me to provide the best service to fulfill my clients' needs, and I am proud to add the RICP designation to my list of professional credentials,” said Yasharel.

The RICP designation is awarded by the Certification Committee of the Board of Trustees at The American College of Financial Services, a regionally accredited institution of higher education. To earn the designation, financial professionals must pass three college-level courses covering such topics as investments, retirement planning, taxes, insurance planning, financial planning and estate planning. The rigorous three-course credential helps advisors master retirement income planning, a key focus area not fully covered in other professional designation programs. In addition, RIPC designees must complete at least three years of full-time work experience in a related field and must take a pledge of ethics.

The RICP designation curricula is one of the most complete and comprehensive programs available to professional financial advisors looking to help their clients. Using the most current techniques, RICP is able to identify retirement income needs and objectives and evaluate a client's current situation relative to those goals. Individuals who earn a RICP can provide expert advice on a broad range of retirement topics including income needs and objectives, estate issues and other risks to the retirement income planning, Social Security, health insurance and housing decisions, and income taxation. Yasharel has been helping clients pursue their financial goals for over 31 years.
