With the initial investment in Corporacion 80951, S.R.L, Sosua, Dominican Republic, and the agreement signed in early 2016, Siborg acquired the rights to rent-out and manage Los Balcones, La Casita and possibly other properties of the Corporacion 80951 when they become available. Los Balcones is a one-bedroom condo in the heart of Sosua. Located on a cliff overlooking the beach and the ocean, the property boasts a large bedroom, kitchen and dining area, laundry facilities, balcony and beach side access. The grounds the property is on offers guests a pool, Jacuzzi and gardens, while remaining behind a security-enforced gate. The property is only a 15 minute drive from Puerto Plata International Airport (POP) and has many amenities, including

Walking distance from the main strip where the restaurants and shops are. Beautiful apt with all the amenities you need. Real Cable TV!!! Breathtaking sunrises from your balcony. I got up early every day just to take it in. Great pool, hot tub with an amazing view. The sounds of the waves against the cliff where the property is located was so relaxing. 24 hour security was super courteous and friendly. They even gave me fresh cut flowers during my stay. Apt is nicely furnished and clean. The owner answered all my questions and guided me to great restaurants for when I went out to dinner. The private beach next to the property was perfection. So beautiful and clean. I will definitely be back. This is a "favorite " for me! Thank you so much!"

The other rental property is La Casita in Playa Laguna. This studio-house offers a more relaxed, quiet and secluded vacation. Located in a gated community, La Casita is a 275 sq.ft. space and features a bedroom, sitting area, kitchenette and full bathroom with air conditioning, internet and TV. Outside there is a patio with dining set, outdoor shower and small garden; the beach is only a 3 minute walk away through a semi-private pathway. The gated community is security enforced and has a small convenience store with nearly every necessity. There is a car rental, OK Motors, just outside the community that offers pick-up and drop-off of vehicles. Playa Laguna is only a 30 minute drive from Puerto Plata and 3 minutes to Sosua. Cabarete is 15 minutes away also, and is known for its extensive nightlife, shopping as well as beaches good for all kinds of surfing. La Casita is available year-round for $300 a week to $800 a month during the high season of November to April.
