G2 Crowd finds Certify tops highest overall usability ratings

Certify received the highest overall usability score with an 9.37 out of 10. The average score for the 17 products included in the report was an 8.36.

A product’s Usability score is calculated by a proprietary algorithm that factors in real-user satisfaction ratings for a number of use-related review questions.
