The Virtual Leadership Journey, like its in-person counterpart, is designed for leaders at every level of an organization, from senior executives to new managers, at midsize to large enterprises. The program is facilitated by certified coaches who have extensive leadership experience.
Class participants attend 12 virtual sessions, meeting every other week to accommodate their busy schedules, for 90 minutes per session. The program also includes a 60-minute individual coaching session.
The PeopleTek Leadership Journey utilizes scientific instruments, along with individual and group exercises, to explore strengths and identify areas that could benefit from new approaches in order to maximize each person’s unique combination of skills and attributes. Interaction with fellow leaders in a safe environment allows for insight, sharing, and support.
