Rollins has over 20 years of leadership experience in Sales, HR/OD and Consulting and has coached over 950 individuals from High Potentials to the C-suite. He has helped individuals develop a fulfilling, attainable career and find work-life balance, along with guiding business leaders to develop leadership talent, build sales organizations, retain employees and customers, and execute flexible work structures.
