a.j. Veneklasen, Inc. (AJV) announced today that it broke ground for an addition to the door manufacturing facility for Lumbermen’s Inc. in Byron Center, Michigan.

We enjoy the challenge this project brings and are looking forward to the continued relationship with Lumbermen’s Inc. in the future.

The 108,000 sf. addition will include a warehouse expansion, an interior office addition and renovations. The warehouse addition is a pre-engineered metal building designed with Widebay Truss Purlins.

Crews broke ground on September 19, 2016 and the expected completion date is May 2017.

During the construction period, Lumbermen’s Inc. will continue normal operations while we proceed with minimal disruption to their staff and customers.
