Symantec to Host Cyber Security Exercise in Minneapolis
Minneapolis (PRWEB) October 06, 2016 -- Symantec, a global leader in security products for small, medium and enterprise businesses, is hosting a Cyber Security Exercise in conjunction with the 2016 Cyber Security Summit in Minneapolis. The exercise will take place during the Summit on October 11 from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Symantec's Cyber Security Exercises (CSE) are a collection of hands-on, scenario-based learning exercises designed to develop and assess technical security skills.
A CSE will challenge participant’s practical security knowledge and provide training and participant progress reports for benchmarking and comparative metrics. Symantec’s CSEs can be used for any organization that wants to identify new talent, build stronger security teams from within, and successfully use scenario-based cyber training to develop the skills of their most valuable assets, their people.
The CSE is structured as a competition, with a live scoreboard during the event. For this event Symantec is offering the following prizes.
First Prize - Remote Controlled Drone with Wifi and Camera
Second Prize - JBL Synchros E50BT over-ear headphones
