On October 1, 2016, real estate partners, Christian Giamanco and Chris Walsh of RE/MAX, celebrated the grand opening of their new real estate agency in Holmdel, NJ – RE/MAX – The Real Estate Leaders. Working diligently to change the way real estate transactions are handled between clients and agents, Walsh and Giamanco have already begun to cultivate a dedicated team of Realtors in their new space.
Giamanco leaves a prodigious career at his previous agency, where he had established himself as one of the leading Realtors in Holmdel/Colts Neck, to join Walsh at RE/MAX, one of the most recognized real estate brands around the world. Together, with Walsh, the dominant presence in the Middletown and Rumson real estate markets, the pair are leveraging the existing trust already built with many clients and agents in the area.
For Giamanco, making the move to partner up with Walsh was an easy decision. “Walsh and I have very similar work ethics, but we bring different styles and experiences to the table which balances what we can offer other Realtors and clients in Holmdel.” Giamanco assures that the new Holmdel office will offer a completely different model for agents than what they’re used to. “Walsh has proven what he’s done with his business in Monmouth County already. He’s not afraid to share it with others and teach them how he’s become so successful.”

Having started his real estate career in 2008, Giamanco attributes his success to referrals and leading by example. “Ninety-five percent of my business has been from referrals, I really like the fulfillment of finding a client a house and guiding them through the entire process.” His diverse knowledge and distinctive negotiation techniques have set him apart in this competitive market.

Currently a combined team of 31, Walsh and Giamanco are being very thorough in the hiring process. “There are a number of agencies in Holmdel. We’re being selective about who we hire; we want to make these agents knowledgeable about what our brand has to offer. We want invested and inspired people,” says Giamanco. Though there’s no specific agent count, their goal is to attract and prime the area’s finest real estate professionals who will reintroduce how real estate is sold.
