Rancho BioSciences Sponsors the tranSMART Foundation 2016 Annual Meeting, San Diego
San Diego, California (PRWEB) October 11, 2016 -- Rancho BioSciences announced today their Platinum Level Sponsorship of the tranSMART Foundation 2016 Annual Meeting, to be held October 25th through 27th in La Jolla, California, at the University of California at San Diego (UCSD).
As a Silver Member of the open-source / open-data non-profit organization, Rancho BioSciences team members will attend the annual meeting to deliver presentations, training, and workshops at the 3-day conference. Scheduled presentations include “Building a Comprehensive Drug Database” by Rancho’s Director of Contract Research, Tatiana Khasanova, at the Open Data Session on Day 1, as well as Day 2 presentations at the Integrating Clinical Data Session and Center of Excellence: Panel of New Projects Session by Rancho Senior Scientist Viktoria Andreeva on “tranSMART Application for a Longitudinal Live Study”, and “An Example of Galaxy - tranSMART Workflow Using NGS Data” by Yulia Skovpen, respectively.
All meeting attendees are invited to submit posters for the Annual Poster Competition, and to attend the Poster viewing and tranSMART Foundation Welcome Reception in the lobby of Atkinson Hall at 6:00pm on Day 1, as well as the tranSMART Foundation Dinner at the UCSD Faculty Club at 7:00pm on Day 2.
