Reston, VA (PRWEB) October 11, 2016 -- This acquisition is strategic in nature. NPGS will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary under Electrosoft Services, Inc. NPGS has current contracts and past performance serving the US Navy, both CONUS and OCONUS. Specifically, NPGS is a prime vendor on the US Navy’s largest contract vehicle (Seaport-e) and a prime contractor supporting a Navy Underwater Warfare Center. Additionally, NPGS brings proven technical competencies in Enterprise Resource Planning and business process re-engineering.
