Hilton Crystal City Makes Donations to Charity for Booked Meetings Through December 2017 While Giving Meeting Planners Added Perks

The Hilton Crystal City at Washington Reagan National Airport will be donating up to $250 to a charity in the name of each meeting planner who books an event by the end of the year and stays by the end of next year.

In these busy times it can be easy to forget about those less fortunate. The Hilton Crystal City at Washington Reagan National Airport has not. The hotel will be donating up to $250 to a charity in the name of each meeting planner who books an event. The hotel is managed by Crescent Hotels & Resorts, an operator of over 100 hotels throughout North America, including 14 in the Washington, DC area.

The hotel has had a long standing tradition of giving to local and national charities including, Wreaths Across America, Wounded Warriors and Toys for Tots, to name a few. “We feel it’s important to give back to the community whenever possible,” said Harold Bassler, Area General Manager, who oversees this and other area hotels. Meeting planners will be able to choose between the following charities to receive up to $250 (based on the size of their meeting): Special Olympics, Wounded Warriors, St. Jude or FEMA.

Charities are not the only ones to benefit from this package from one of the most recognized hotels in Arlington. Meeting planners that book their events by the end of this year and stay by the end of next year will not only have a charitable donation given in their name but also receive additional perks for their meetings based on the size or their groups. Those added perks include:
