eMDs Rated Among Top EHR Vendors, Customers Validate Industry Surveys

Validating this industry survey are continued increases in customer feedback in eMDs’ own ongoing survey results.
The Medscape survey showed eMDs to be one of the top rated EHRs Overall. While there has been a great deal of recent press about how EHRs can be difficult to use, eMDs’ top 5 rankings for Ease of Use, Satisfaction, and Usefulness as a Clinical Tool show how the company continues to succeed and differentiate itself in the areas that matter most to its customers including being able to quickly document encounters without impacting the physician-patient relationship.
eMDs also conducts quarterly customer satisfaction surveys and has seen significant rises in customer ratings in the most recent quarterly results. Ease of Use is a top rated area, supporting the Medscape results. Customers gave eMDs 18% higher positive ratings for Quality of Technology showing that recent software releases and practice services such as revenue cycle management are meeting needs and are easy to implement. Quality of Support rose significantly as customers see the benefits of recent investments made in support systems and learning tools. Overall Satisfaction was also up by over ten percentage points.
