New 150mm Single Crystal Quartz Wafers for SAW Applications
Boston, MA (PRWEB) October 19, 2016 -- UniversityWafer, Inc. is now distributing 150mm diameter single crystal wafers that are ST-Cut and AT-Cut, with typical thickness is 0.5mm. Other cuts including X and Y are also available.
UniversityWafer, Inc. along with its partners can provide Single crystal quartz wafer thicknesses that range from 100 microns to well over one millimeter.
UniversityWafer, Inc. also provides diced quartz of nearly any dimension. These smaller quartz pieces can save a client on costs when 150mm are not necessary.
Recent inventory includes, but is not limited to the following Double Side Polished (DSP) quartz specifications:
6” single flat, 600µm thick DSP AT-cut single-crystal quartz
6” single flat, 500µm thick DSP AT-cut single-crystal quartz
6” single flat, 500µm thick DSP ST-cut single-crystal quartz
6” single flat, 1,000µm thick DSP AT-cut single-crystal quartz
Single side polished quartz wafers are also available.
Single Crystal Quartz wafers can be customized with various thicknesses and surface qualities. We have fine-lapped to single and double side polished wafers with SAW quality. Seeded and seedless quartz are always in stock.
