Salt Lake City, UT (PRWEB) October 12, 2016 -- The Dirty Dash, owned by Sack Lunch Productions Inc. (OTC:SAKL), proved once again that running does not have to be “torture,” when 23,000 mud splattered participants made their way through this wild racecourse. As promised, 2016 brought even more mud and a new obstacle.
“The mud is the best part,” said Dirty Dash co-owner John Malfatto. “Working out suddenly becomes fun when you can splash through mud pits and tackle filthy obstacles.”
After another successful season, event organizers are already looking forward to the coming year. The 2017 event schedule already includes Utah, Idaho, Oregon and Washington.
“This is an exciting time!” said Dirty Dash spokeswoman Amy Gessel. “The Web Crawler, our new obstacle, was a hit this season and we are already working on new concepts to make the event even more memorable next year.”
On the Web Crawler, participants scaled a cargo net as mud splashed them from the pit below. While other obstacle runs invite only the most athletic individuals to tackle their daunting obstacles, the Dirty Dash welcomes everyone, from the marathoner to the couch potato, to enjoy the filthy course at their own pace. Event organizers expect even more adventure seekers to join the fun next year.
Registration information for 2017 will be available in the upcoming months. To learn more about the Dirty Dash visit http://www.thedirtydash.com, or see what fans have to say on the Dirty Dash Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/TheDirtyDash.
