Messe Frankfurt Taps DoubleDutch to Digitize Its Events
San Francisco, CA (PRWEB) October 12, 2016 -- DoubleDutch, a global leading provider of event apps and the Live Engagement Platform, today announced that Messe Frankfurt, the third largest trade show organizer in the world, has utilized DoubleDutch for its key North American trade shows in 2016 and plans to continue using DoubleDutch in 2017. As a result of implementing DoubleDutch’s Live Engagement Marketing Platform at Texworld USA Summer 2016, DoubleDutch helped Messe Frankfurt enhance its number one business goal of providing a platform for marketers and show attendees to come and do business.
As a top tier trade show provider in need of a comprehensive solution to fully engage attendees at events outside of traditional social networks, Messe Frankfurt North America partnered with DoubleDutch to create communities that marketers can tap into at events. Before implementing DoubleDutch, marketers at Messe Frankfurt trade shows were pushing out messages for events via social media networks but missing the opportunity to engage with a captivated onsite audience. With DoubleDutch, Messe Frankfurt has enhanced its targeted marketing program and lead generation at all events, and marketers can build enhanced relationships with attendees that extend far beyond the event.
“Features in the DoubleDutch app, like push notifications and targeted campaigns, have allowed us to pinpoint our audience and incentivize them to visit key exhibitors and sponsors,” said Chris Pendley, e-media Manager of Messe Frankfurt North America. “With DoubleDutch’s lead retrieval system, exhibitors can easily measure booth performance and marketers have a comprehensive view of data and analytics at events to ultimately help drive ROI. Marketers at our events see DoubleDutch as a prime content distributor, a reliable revenue stream, and a means to digitize previously analog show floors.”
“Events are so much more complex than just face-to-face interactions,” said Lawrence Coburn, CEO DoubleDutch. “At each event, there is a chance to develop a private network for attendees to interact and establish personal relationships, and for marketers to engage in these attendee conversations. We are thrilled to see Messe Frankfurt taking advantage of DoubleDutch offerings, specifically those targeted at marketers, to digitize its impressive portfolio of trade shows.”
Messe Frankfurt has plans to continue using DoubleDutch at all North American trade shows, including the upcoming January editions of Texworld USA and Apparel Sourcing USA.
