He will spearhead its Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Engineering practice for the Southeast region by leading, developing and growing an already established team of tenured search consultants to new heights.

Kessinger joined Lucas Group in 2003 and has recently served in leadership capacities as Team Lead and later, Branch Practice Manager. While running a full recruiting desk, he managed a team of six recruiters in his most recent role, and has proven results in leading people to high levels of success. Now, as Managing Partner, he will manage a team of more than 12 recruiters in the Southeast region while continuing to advance his client and candidate relationships across all industry lines.
