Lucas Group announces the expansion of its Sales & Marketing recruiting management team with the addition of Carly Gorman as Branch Practice Manager- a new managerial position created throughout the recruiting firm. Gorman will lead, train and develop a team of seven to ten recruiters, while acquiring high-caliber Sales & Marketing talent for her clients.

After joining Lucas Group in 2015, Gorman quickly proved her momentous worth by making strategic, long-term placements. Together with her management experience at Enterprise Rent-a-Car, she advanced to Branch Practice Manager to train, develop and support her peers. In her new role, she will manage a group of recruiters and provide leadership for her team, while continuing to create a robust network of Clients and placing talented Candidates into long-term Sales & Marketing positions. Carly holds a Bachelor’s in Media Communications from California State University, Long Beach.
